Welcome to the Stain Lifters Tile and Grout Cleaning Course.
This course has been developed to train technicians in the professional methods and standards used by Stain Lifters when cleaning ceramic, porcelain, and other hard floor tiles. It takes you through the complete tile and grout cleaning process, from understanding how grime builds up and assessing the condition of grout, through to chemical application, grout agitation, hot water extraction, drying, customer expectations, equipment maintenance, and quality control.
Throughout the course you will learn not only how to clean tile and grout, but why each step is important. Particular emphasis is placed on setting realistic customer expectations, as grout is a porous material and some staining, oils, urine contamination, and permanent discolouration may have penetrated too deeply to be completely removed. Understanding these limitations is essential to delivering professional results without over-promising.
Each lesson builds on the previous one and concludes with quizzes to reinforce your knowledge before moving on. By the end of this course you will understand the procedures, techniques, and professional standards required to safely and consistently produce the best possible tile and grout cleaning results while protecting the customer’s property and representing the Stain Lifters brand professionally.
